Is Blogspot down?

I was going to write about a great blog I discovered a couple of days ago, but Blogspot seems to be missing right now. If I make a post I can get to the blog (such as this one) but if I try to go directly I get that annoying "The page cannot be displayed" message in IE. Maybe I should try a different browser? Or is it Blogspot playing up?

Well, I'll try again later and, if I can get at it, I'll tell you about the great blog.
